Individuals seeking to live a better life with less stress should reduce distractions such as television, cell phones, and computers from their bedroom to sleep better at night. Making the necessary change to improve stress can be challenging. People who fear of being an intensive care unit (ICU) patient, have the doubts of their future and think that they will be isolated from their family and friends, financial pressure, and exposure to a new environment result in severe emotional imbalances in patients. To conclude, stress can affect sleep and health. People have to have at least 8 hours of sleep. People do not be to get distractions when the time to go to bed came.
